These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Kitch website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Kitch and the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Products & Availability

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Minor deviations or errors do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT
• Shipping is free unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be completed before an order is processed
• Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation

Kitch reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance if errors or issues are identified.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described on our Shipping & Delivery page and form an integral part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and conditions are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Liability

Kitch is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Our liability is always limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery of an issue.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, texts, and branding, is the property of Kitch and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

13. Changes to These Terms

Kitch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
