Order Processing
Orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation. Processing typically takes up to 24 hours, depending on order volume, payment verification, and operational conditions.
Once processing is completed, your order is prepared for shipment and a confirmation email is sent. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has started.

We offer free shipping on all orders.
Delivery Times
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-demand periods are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking information.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to become active after shipment.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may:
- attempt redelivery
- leave the package at a local pickup point
- return the package to the sender
Policies may vary depending on the carrier and destination. If a package is returned to the sender due to a missed delivery or uncollected pickup, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered to the correct address but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. This investigation may take up to 14 business days. The outcome of the investigation is determined solely by the carrier and is considered final. If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund or replacement will be issued. Kitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
