If you wish to return your item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it, as long as:

✔️ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
✔️ It is in a resellable condition (no signs of wear or damage)
✔️ You request approval before shipping it back

  • We cannot accept used, opened, or damaged items
  • Return shipping costs are not covered, unless the item is defective

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email us at info@24kitch.com with:

We’ll review your request and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🇪🇺 Europe – Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Email us at info@24kitch.com within the 14-day period
  • The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
