Return Policy

At Kitch, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The item is in resellable condition
• A return request is submitted before sending the item back

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos (only required if the item is defective or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
• If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Kitch

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take up to 14 business days
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling are not eligible for a refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or worn items
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items returned outside the 30-day window

EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
